To all W.S.S.T.D.A. Leagues
Each
league is responsible for paying their yearly dues and must send in photo copies of all of their teams original rosters including
$10.00 Award Fund Fee for each team in your league whether or nor they intend to go to state by October 31,2001 (no exceptions).
Any Team Roster not supplied by this cut-off date will not be eligible for playing at state as League Team Rosters will be
matched against State Tournament Roster turn in in late November.
Also a list is due for any player needing new or
replacement cards at this time. Forward a list of players names and ratings, for the purpose of putting this information onto
the appropriate cards, would also be due at that time. The cards for 2001 will be prepared as follows:
Novice Cards will
be designated as N (they will be fluorescent light blue in color)
and will be in the numeric sequence 0-001 through 0-999
Intermediate Cards will be designated as I (they will be fluorescent green in color)
I 1 s will be in the numeric
sequence 1-001 through 1-999
I 2 s will be in the numeric sequence 2-001 through 2-999
Champion Cards will be
designated as C (they will be yellow in color)
C 3 s will be in the numeric sequence 3-001 through 3-999
C 4 s will
be in the numeric sequence 4-001 through 4-999
Master Cards will be designated as M (they will be buff in color)
M
5 s will be in the numeric sequence 5-001 through 5-999
M 6 s will be in the numeric sequence 6-001 through 6-999
M
7 s will be in the numeric sequence 7-001 through 7-999
Grand Master Cards will be designated as GM (they will be
white in color)
GM 8 s will be in the numeric sequence 8-001 through 8-999
GM 9 s will be in the numeric sequence
9-001 through 9-999
GM 10 s will be in the numeric sequence 10-001 through 10-999

schedule for reminders on your fee amounts and their due dates.

FEES ASSOCIATED WITH MEMBERSHIP
One Time Only Fee Registration
of a League $100.00
Yearly Dues January 1, of Year following joining $ 75.00
(Must be paid by prior to April 1)
Every player in a league must have a state card. Cards are renewed yearly. $ 10.00
(January 1, through December 31)
Cards will be issued only after Yearly Dues &
Copies of Original League Team Rosters (due by April 1 for Winter Leagues
&
October 31 for Fall Leagues with no exceptions) have been received from your league.
Replacement Cards $
10.00
Award Fund Fee (for each team in your league each Fall & Winter Season) $ 10.00
What the league
charges their players to play or their locations for sponsoring teams remains with that league.

Award Fund Fee to be paid by each league on a per team basis. $ 10.00
(This
fee is due at the beginning of each Fall and Winter Season and must be paid
prior to April 1 for Winter and October 31
for Fall when copies of all League Rosters
are due, no exceptions)
All teams in your league are welcome to W.S.S.T.D.A.
State Playoffs if all fees have been paid and deadlines met. W.S.S.T.D.A. is a players organization.
Team Roster Fees:
NO ROSTER WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT FEES OR AFTER SIGN-UP DEADLINE NO EXCEPTIONS (This is necessary to be able to facilitate
the purchase of trophys in correct numbers and to set up the tournament ahead of time so that our Tournament will start on
time.
A Flight Team Rosters $ 50.00
B Flight Team Rosters $ 40.00
C Flight Team Rosters $ 35.00
The
money collected for the Award Fund and the Team Roster fess are deposited in with W.S.S.T.D.A. and these funds all come back
to the players in trophies and pay-outs at the State Playoffs, held twice yearly.
