FROM GENERAL LEAGUE RULES OF PLAY AMENDED 9/00
All Players coming into WSSTDA who have not established a current SPRE rating, must be pre-rated as a new Player.
Evaluating new Players for which there is no prior WSSTDA rating information available will require that Player to play
a total of Seven (7) games of 301, if that Player will be playing on an 01 Team only or on both an 01 and a Cricket Team,
or Six (6) games of Cricket if the Player will be playing on a Cricket only. The person rating a new Player will keep track
of all stats for the Player shooting towards a pre-rating. The person rating a new Player will also be responsible for signing,
and submitting the WSSTDA PRE-RATING SHEET FOR RATING NEW PLAYERS to their League Secretary.
