"WSSTDA" HANDICAP SYSTEM

This handicap system is to be used by Leagues that can not fill all of there Flights. Leagues that can fill all Flights are NOT REQUIRED to use this Handicap System.

The following system is to be entered into the dart machine after it has been coined up and ready to play,
WITH NO DARTS THROWN. The points will be entered by the Captain of the Higher rated Team, for the Lower rated Team. For Player ratings the first round is to be eliminated and not counted. The dart board reads 9 dart out, this is actually a 6 dart out and so on. The actual round is One (1) round be hind what the dart board is reading. (Example: round 5 is actually round 4.)

NO HANDICAP When A Flight plays A Flight, B Flight plays B Flight, or when C Flight plays C Flight.

HANDICAP only when different Flights play , i.e., A Flight plays B Flight, B Flight plays C Flight, or when A Flight plays C Flight.

When playing TEAM games, (Four-on-Four, Four person Teams, or Three-on-Three, Three person Teams) the total rating points for each Team will be added up and the difference between the Higher rated Team and the Lower rated Team will be give to the Lower rated Team.

When playing Two-on-Two games, add the rating points for Players on each Team and give the Lower rated Players the point difference as evenly as possible.

When playing One-on-One games, the Lower rated player is given the difference between the Two (2) Players rating.

This can be used in all the 01 games (310, 501, and 701) and Cricket.

In the 01 games you give POINTS, and in the Cricket games you give MARKS.

When giving MARKS in Cricket you DO NOT CLOSE THE BULLS OR ANY NUMBERS. When you give the MARKS, you start with the lowest number and work to the highest number.

The Handicap POINTS and MARKS are as follows:

1 Point Difference: Spot 15 Points in 01 or 2 Marks in Cricket
2 Point Difference: Spot 25 Points in 01 or 3 Marks in Cricket
3 Point Difference: Spot 35 Points in 01 or 4 Marks in Cricket
4 Point Difference: Spot 45 Points in 01 or 5 Marks in Cricket
5 Point Difference: Spot 55 Points in 01 or 6 Marks in Cricket

THIS CAN GO ALL THE WAY TO A TWELVE (12) POINT DIFFERENCE.
